APPREHENSION

Elvesith went out to find some food for all, like every day. But shortly after leaving something hit him inside - a strange and menacing feeling. He slacked his pace, looking nervously behind him. Suddenly a distant sound reached him, a weak thunder, on a cloudless day. His mouth ran dry in seconds, while his shrinking chest left no space for his wild beating heart. His feet got alive and began to run, to run like never before in their duration of existence, running home ...
